The JCC 2026 venues and how to get there

The festival takes place at the Cite de la Culture in Tunis, Avenue Mohamed V. The list of partner venues for 2026 is not published; here are the festival's own halls and what previous editions used.

The Cite de la Culture Chedly Klibi

Opened in 2018 on the former site of the International Fair, the Cite de la Culture covers nine hectares on Avenue Mohamed V, in the centre of Tunis. It houses the Opera Theatre, which hosts the opening and closing ceremonies, the Theatre des Regions, cinema halls including the Tahar Cheriaa hall of the Tunisian Cinematheque, the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art and a library.

During the JCC, screenings run in the Cite's halls from morning to night, and the festival's box office is set up in the hall.
