Can I run a guest list next to paid tickets?
Yes. Create a free hidden tier behind an access code, or paste your invités and send them QR tickets. Both are scanned like any paid ticket.
Can I decide who gets in before the night?
Yes, three ways. An access code makes a tier or the whole event invisible without it. Invitations send free QR tickets to a list you paste. The approval workflow holds every order until you approve it; buyers pay only once approved, so a declined order is never charged.
How does check-in work?
Your staff sign in to the terminal app on their own phones with the permissions you gave them. Under a second per ticket, offline mode, duplicates flagged, check-out to count people inside.
Can I have presale, door and VIP prices?
Create as many tiers as you need, each with its own quota and sale window.
When can I withdraw my funds?
Immediately after each sale, from Organization > Cashouts, once your organization is verified. An invoice is generated for every cashout.
Will people find my night?
Every published event is on the tunis.events agenda and in the app, where people look for tonight's plans.
