Sponsors send their own invitations
A quota per partner
40 for the main sponsor, 10 for the media partner. They paste their list; guests get QR tickets by email.
Co-hosts on the event
A partner organization added as co-host sees attendees and check-in for the event, nothing else of yours.
Hidden tiers
Press, VIP, partners: each behind its own access code, each scanned at its own gate.
Exhibitor badges, per stand
One ticket type per role
Exhibitor, speaker, staff, press. Each with its quota, form and colour.
Printable
Badge PDFs with name, company, role and QR. Print in advance or at the welcome desk from the terminal.
Scanned like tickets
Badges are tickets. Same gates, same lists, same live count.
Professional registrations, reviewed
Approval workflow
Turn it on per ticket type. Registrations wait in a queue with their answers; approve or decline in a click.
Automatic follow-up
Approved: badge by email. Declined: nothing is charged.
What each partner brought
A referral link per partner
Clicks, tickets and revenue attributed to each. Share the numbers with them.
A promo code per partner
Uses, revenue, expiry. A second way to measure the same thing.
Questions
Can a partner see my attendee list?
A co-host sees the attendees and check-in of the shared event only. Nothing else in your organization.
Do exhibitors scan visitors at their stand?
Not today. Exhibitors receive badges and can send invitations within their quota; lead capture at stands is on our roadmap.
Can I approve registrations before issuing badges?
Yes. Turn on the approval workflow per ticket type and review the queue from the dashboard.
How do I pay a partner commission?
Give the partner a referral link. The dashboard shows tickets and revenue per link; settle on those numbers.
Can badges be printed on site?
Yes, from the terminal app at the welcome desk, or as a PDF batch in advance.
