JCC 2026 tickets: prices, box office and online sales

Nothing is on sale as of 12 October 2026. Here is how ticketing worked over the last two years, what to plan for, and a way to be told the day it opens.

Where ticketing stands

The festival has announced neither prices, nor an opening date, nor a sales channel for 2026. The last two editions opened online sales two days before the opening ceremony, and the box office on the day of the first screening. If the calendar repeats, 2026 ticketing opens around 10 December.

Tunis Events does not sell JCC tickets: we relay the official terms here and the sales link the day it opens.

Box office rules in 2025

  • The Cite de la Culture box office sold only the screenings of the day and the next day.
  • Maximum 3 tickets per film per person.
  • Open from 9am to 9.30pm throughout the festival.
  • No pass, subscription or booklet has ever been offered at the JCC: one ticket per screening.
  • Screenings in the regions' cultural centres were free.

Accreditation and invitations

Film professionals, journalists and film students apply for accreditation with the festival; it gives access to screenings subject to seating and to the Carthage Pro activities. The accreditation platform of previous editions is at accreditation.jcctunisie.org; the 2026 campaign is not open.

The opening and closing ceremonies at the Opera Theatre are by invitation.

Our advice

  • The day online sales open, buy the evening screenings of the fiction competition first: they sell out first.
  • Morning screenings, documentaries and shorts can be had at the box office the same day.
  • Decentralised screenings in the regions are free and rarely full.
