Trained at Institut Paul Bocuse and across Michelin-starred kitchens in Barcelona and Paris, Skander has spent years refining a cuisine that is simple, precise, and deeply rooted in Tunisian produce. This dinner is an extension of that, a Mediterranean menu built around the best of what the land and sea have to offer right now, paired with wines from Domaine Shadrapa.
