DJ Hubcap

Hailing from Compton, California, DJ Hubcap has enjoyed a low-key yet consistent level of success behind the decks. He got his start as a Hip Hop DJ at house parties in Los Angeles and San Francisco during the early 2000's, eventually breaking into the nightclub scene. After honing his mixing skills in the LA and SF nightlife scenes, Hubcap made his way to Hip Hop's Mecca - New York City. A long-time fan of New York Hip Hop, and an eclectic samplist of various styles and genres, he was able to etch out just the niche needed to represent his style. Spinning Hip Hop, House, and Funk, Hubcap consistently builds momentum with a simple combination of clean transitions and choice selections. He currently dj's in the Mediterranean, where his organic mixing style has come to stand out in the DJ scene of North Africa's historic city of Carthage.
